House of Jerky products are always made fresh with no preservatives addded. Our superior flavor comes from our seasoning and marinating process.

Because of the process to maintain freshness, we carry very little inventory. Therefore, your Jerky is made to order and could take a week for delivery. This delay is well worth the wait and is the only way for us to maintain the freshness and quality we demand in our product.
